Heart Hypertension Class
LOVE YOUR HEART is a FREE class offered for people with hypertension. This 8-week blood pressure self-management program will help teach you how to take control of your blood pressure and reduce your risk of developing associated health problems.
Begins September 10th at 5:00 P.M., and meets each Tuesday for eight weeks.
