The First Step — Diabetes Education
Our education program is a nationally recognized diabetes education program. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have had diabetes for years, we have education opportunities for you.
Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes may seem difficult to control but through learning about diabetes you can learn what to do to take care of yourself and manage your diabetes successfully.
We can give you the skills and confidence you need to manage your diabetes successfully – so you can live a healthier life.
Why Our Approach Sets us Apart
We understand with a serious disease like diabetes, treatment is determined by what you do, not just what you know. We teach you life-long living skills. We know that the key to managing your diabetes is being able to actually control your blood sugars every day.
Diabetes care takes time, energy and careful attention to details. It’s time to realize how good you can feel and how much you can accomplish.
