Stroke Support Group
The Stroke Support Group’s mission is to renew hope and encourage independence with the stroke recovery process. The rehabilitation department encourages all stroke survivors, families, and caregivers to attend these meetings.
This support group is led by the Rehabilitation Department, inclusive of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy.
