Pre-Employment Screens
Pre-employment physicals are scheduled in the Franciscan Healthcare Medical Clinic during regular clinic hours. The employee may choose the provider performing the exam.
Hazmat Physicals - Required by OSHA standards at the workplace where exposure to hazardous chemicals or other material may cause a variety of health problems. Our medical team at Franciscan Healthcare can provide all components necessary to complete an accurate Hazmat physical.
DOT Physicals - The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration requires interstate commercial motor vehicle drivers maintain a current Medical Examiner’s Certificate to drive. Franciscan Healthcare provides certified medical personnel to perform DOT physicals.
Fit for Duty Evaluations - Conducted by the physical therapists within the Rehabilitation Department based on essential functions of the specific job.
